Thank you for choosing The Coach SMB. We strive to provide high-quality courses, tutorials, and products to help you grow your business. Please read our Refunds and Cancellations policy carefully before making a purchase.
Digital Courses & Tutorials
Due to the nature of digital content, all purchases of online courses, tutorials, and downloadable content are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
If you are not satisfied with the course and have not accessed more than 20% of the content, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. We reserve the right to approve or decline refund requests at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase if it has not been processed or shipped. To cancel, please email us immediately at sales@thecoachsmb.com with your order number.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of:
